- 1 spotty, ripe banana
- 5 pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Craisins® Dried Cranberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
- 1/2 teaspoon non-alcoholic vanilla extract
This is a pretty simple vegan granola recipe! As you can see in the video, you literally just pour everything into the food processor and pulse until the dates and dried cranberries bind with the other ingredients, creating a soft, chewy, and crumbly bite!
I use Craisins® Dried Cranberries in sooo many things like salads, banana breads, muffins, and even our delicious vegan meatloaf!
