So this is about as close to Halloween photos as it will get for me. The first reason: my husband isn’t the “let’s dress up as a family” type of guy. So if you have one of those husbands, mamas, I feel your pain! Second, I didn’t buy a costume for myself this year but bought three for Grace instead. My husband calls this outfit, (and this black hat, in particular) my witch hat. He thinks black hats means witches, but to me, black hats mean chic, fall style (and hiding dirty hair as I’m always preaching on InstaStories.) Keep reading to find out where to find my favorite fall hats!

I am a huge fan of hats right now! This looks so adorable. And I am loving this outfit, too. My husband is the dress up type of guy either, so I feel ya. Although I’m not that into dressing up for Halloween either! Although I did just style a bat hoodie that will appear on the blog in a few days. That’s as close as I get to a costume!

I love your hat! I’m a huge fan of hats and have fedoras and big floppy hats in a variety of colours. My husband doesn’t really get hats and asks why I wear them, sigh. He’s not one for dressing up either, even though I buy him nice shirts.
